At the Thin[gk]athon charity event, created the concept & design for a prototype mobile app for the city of Dresden, which secured 3rd place. Developed & implemented >20 creative advertising campaign concepts, & a new content strategy for social media, resulting in 160K followers and >10 mln views, increasing revenue from Instagram leads by x8. Organized and conducted >120 photo & video shoots, creating advertising, reportage, interior photography, interviews & training videos. Created >100 entertainment videos and >80 training videos, enhancing user loyalty & engagement. Developed & launched 5 websites, resulting in a 64% increase in leads.

Led a team of 12 people, ensuring coordination and successful project execution. Organized the work of service, production, and testing departments, as well as installation and commissioning tasks.
