As currently working on a cruising ship as Sale Consultant, I have a wide range of tasks: sale of the excursions, presentation of the excursions, complain management, translation from english to german and other organisational tasks. I am daily in touch with guests; I am looking forward to offer them the best of what we can do and to fix the problems which can occur during excursions.

Making of sandwiches, inventory, food orders..

I started in this company as a trainee. I then had the opportunity to be a full-time part of the team and to take the position of Junior Account Manager. I was daily in touch with clients which were already in our database, to explain them how to use our product. I also had to help them with possible difficulties they could encounter and to take care of complains. Up-sailing was also one part of my job. I also helped looking for new employees through tools like Xing.

Call to undertake telephonic surveys in accordance with different subjects. I did this job next to my studies in Trier, Germany.
