- in charge of clean and timely processing of customer orders - invoicing the customer - managing contract settlements - managing Leasing and Financed contracts for RICOH and 3rd Party Funders - reporting of order and contract status - overseeing the training of new apprentices - key user in "SHARE" project in order of implementing a new ERP-System in the OTC (order to cash) area within the application of Oracle and Siebel
