Tendering, selection of subcontractors, contracts review. Correspondence to work-safety, health and fire-protection regulation (EHS management). Correspondence to ESD requirements. Lead and manage a group of direct / indirect employees. Energy efficiency projects (energy saving, consumption reduction).

Co-ordinate a small group of manufacturing-, test engineers, and engineering technicians. Introduce new products, production technology (NPI). Capacity calculation and shift-models (headcount and throughput). Efficiency improvement (process development, gap analysis, better utilization acc. LEAN methods), Eng. change management (ECO, ECN, RFA). ISO 7 – Class 100 CleanRoom (organize the construction, develop processes in clean environment). Set up production control system. Work in Automotive environment.
