The main accountability is leading the daily operations for the Dutch, Austrian and Czech B2B Key Customer portfolio. The strategic and tactical optimization in line with BP's B2B and Supply strategy is the key focus.

Handling the daily operations for BP's Bunker Fuels Sales (Heavy Fuel Oil/DMA) in the German market was the key focus. Furthermore the strategical planning, as well as leading the term negotiations with customers has been a main accountability.

Supply Operations Germany & BeNeLux

- Support of Head of Country Germany E.g. assistance in preparing documents & gathering information from different businesses or functions - Support of BP Europa SE's Board E.g. preparation, organization and follow-up of board meetings - Support of BP Europa SE's Supervisory Board E.g. preparation of Supervisory Board's quarterly reports - Administrative support of BP Europa SE's European Works Council (Ensure smooth collaboration between management and employee representatives)

I attended a combined study program, where I was working full time for rotating departments within BP and in parallel, mostly in the evenings and on weekends, studied international management at the University of Applied Sciences in Essen, Germany.
