- Managed a virtual platform that addresses employee concerns related to Human Resources management. - Led and organised Open House activities at all Schlumberger bases in Colombia - Supported personnel issues

- Audited contractors in the field to ensure compliance with labour regulations & contracts. - Administered the field training platform called Training Mine. - Developed the training strategy on basic skills in Health and Safety. - Managed the induction process for new and temporary employees in field.
