• Organization and coordination of a student exchange program (200 students from over 30 countries) • Support and assistance to students and lecturers • Planning and implementing a social program including company visits, opening ceremonies, closing ceremonies and cultural activities • Financial report, course evaluation and analysis of reports

Leading a team of 4-6 people, responsible for administrative and logistical tasks, generating duty roster and assign responsibilities to each employee, supervising function, in charge of logistics- ordering and screening of new arrived supplies, contact person for employees and other parties, co- responsible for HR decisions

• General administrative support, assistance in market research studies and analyses • Analyzing reports to contribute to Strategy, Marketing and Sales topics

• Advise and negotiate with potential customers, perform quality checks on products, observe competitors, monitor and report on sales activities
