Preparation of monthly management reporting (P&L, margin analysis, KPIs) and active contribution to the annual budgeting process. Development and monitoring of the fixed costs budget (OPEX) with actual vs budget variance analysis Reconciliation between accounting result and management result (adjustments, accruals, cut-off, analytical reallocations). Administration of controlling tools (ERP systems, BI tools, dashboards) and detailed monitoring of variable cost variances.

Delivery of reliable financial information: cost analysis by cost centers, fixed cost control, preparation and analysis of P&L. Analysis of the manufacturing result and production variances (labor and energy). Advanced analytical work; Contribution to the monthly closing process and harmonization of reporting (P&L and HFM). Preparation and monitoring of budgets, management of monthly forecasts (P&L, Working Capital), supervision of CAPEX, and participation in cross-functional analyses.

Accounting reconciliations for the annual closing:cut-off procedures accrued expenses & revenue , credit notes to be issued. Updating of supplier master data in collaboration with area managers and monitoring of weekly and monthly dashboards. Execution of supplier circularization, follow-up and daily monitoring of payments related to current and future invoices.

Monitoring of daily and weekly sales for both Wholesale and Retail networks (BYREDO World). Contribution to monthly reporting and monthly closing of sales & margins for the France and Grand Export scope. Management of the travel expenses of the France Headquarters team. Monitoring of budgets and monthly re-forecasts in close coordination with Operational Managers (Trade Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, Product Development). Active participation in the continuous improvement and automation of reporting tools.
