• Act as a business partner to initiate improvement on HR operation procedures. • Oversee whole HR operation in Hong Kong office. • Develop new retention plan by analyzing data and conducting exit interviews. • Review monthly payroll and ensure monthly payroll process. • Provide advices on man power and headcount planning based on budget and company’s need. • Coordinate and set up training plans for each quarter. • Provide full spectrum of recruitment and selection functions.

• Liaise with management for identifying hiring needs, selection criteria and hiring budgets. • Conduct executive search and interview for different disciplines for suitable candidates. • Handle projects such as turnover review for each department, redundancy meetings with senior management and employees. • Involve in whole staffing cycle logistics from on-boarding to departure. • Provide timely and accurate statistics and analytical reports.

• Provide statistics and analytical reports such as Headcount Report, Turnover Report, Termination Report of South East Asia employee' for senior management. • Design and imply company policies, procedure of internal forms process, employees’ related records and filing system within company. • Provide Labor Law and company policies advices throughout company. • Process employees' offers, termination, promotion procedure and clerical duties.

• Provide administrative support on all HR related functions. • Coordinate interviews and arrange schedules for senior management. • Provide labor law and company policies information to employees.
