Responsible for the management of a small team delivering cleaning services to a number of blue chip clients including Lloyd of London and Cable and Wireless

Responsibility for deliver of facilities services to the Department of Health until May 2005,but primary responsibility was for the delivery of technical and support services to 100+ buildings in the North East region of the UK on a contract worth in excess of £8 million. Management of the interface between Mapeley, the client (Inland Revenue) and the facilities management providers to ensure contractual compliance. Liaison with the clients Regional Estates Team on contractual and operational issues. Lead Area Business Manager assisting the contract management of contractors.

Fulfilled a number of key roles across procurement, finance and project management culminating as the National Procurement Manager.
