- Project Creation – Project Definition and WBS of HP Projects in SAP tool; - Setting and defining Project phases according to the business needs; - Setting milestones for each WBS, Result Analysis Keys to define the accounting methodology of each project element, User Status and Operative Indicators in order to allow or limit transactions against each WBS; - Month end process (revenue recognition & cost accounting, voucher posting, data quality checking); - Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounting
