As part of the Marketing & Distribution Team of COSI Group, I mainly manage processes related to Customer Relation Management (CRM) and content creation, translation, and distribution for the company website and listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). I perform Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keyword research and apply findings throughout the different distribution channels.

I created accounts and listings on rental and travel platforms. I manage tenant relations, including conflict resolution and complaint processing. Before the Covid-19 pandemic, I monitored both direct bookings and bookings through distribution channels on a daily basis. With the pandemic causing a drastic drop in demand for short-term rental housing, I conducted a medium-term housing rental campaign, successfully achieving 90% occupancy throughout the spring-winter 2020 period.

I researched on the ranking algorithm of distribution channels, recorded and reported learnings for the creation of the team’s knowledge base. I created, maintained and kept track of the performance of listings on OTAs. I assisted the designing of scalable processes for decreasing the go-to-market time of newly acquired properties. I converted branding requirements into linguistic rules and applied the latter throughout the content of website, listings on OTAs, social media and customer communication.

Having joined COSI Group in its early stage, I focused on the creation of social media profiles to run advertising campaigns for vacant rental apartments that contributed by 20% to the overall sources of leads during the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. Working cross-functionally with the Brand Strategy and Revenue Management team, we launched newly acquired properties on 12+ booking channels and expanded properties’ online presence by localizing the promotional efforts.
