Working cross-functional business improvement projects through SRD stream as a part of Building a Better Kipa Programme. Creating one Range for our customers for all stores through all systems: to have a consistency in what we serve to our customers vs what we would like to serve , starting with 3 dotcom stores. Improve and develop the process and file to use non-planogram ranges. Test and prepare solution for unwanted printed Shelf Edge Labels (SEL). Prepare system migration for Emergency Range Changes

Lead and Manage Range Change Processes to deliver range changes for Customers. Plan annual range change schedule and track cross functional critical path activities across the business which supports business to increase competitive advantage. Work with all key stakeholders of the business like Marketing, Commercial, Operation Support to define and deliver the success criteria of each range changes thus help deliver benefits for a better customer offer. Update and create all system steps in the SRD systems. Getting support as a Super user to migration systems from the Excel to Tesco systems. Improve and develop minor and emergency range change processes and critical path.

Update and maintain displays (planograms) according to customer needs with appropriate range and space allocation.
