Currently handling a team of 8 people. Resolved high priority tickets that impacted Customer Financial Management reporting with correct Accounts Receivable values. Configured new company codes, Chart of Account, Fiscal year variant and integrated with Customer Financial management template for revenue postings in new company codes. Reduced the defects from 10 to 0 for 3 continuous monthly releases and achieved 0 defect target.

Prepared functional specifications for enhancements like Withholding tax changes of Thailand, implementation of BTE . Withholding tax mandate solution for Thailand. Successful delivery of enhancement on sending customer statement via e-mail for APAC and Americas region by reducing the TAT and effort for sending the customer statements by 50 hours per month. Delivered E-Payment for making payments to Vendors from Bank of America, Bank account through Automatic Payment program feature.

Handled high priority tickets in FI. Supported business on month end and Year end activities. Successfully delivered a sub project (1099 PRO) for the client, related to submission of the payment for credit card settlements and loyalty card details to US government which involved 400 Man Hours. This was a new requirement from US government. Successfully implemented Ariba Invoicing system for outbound and inbound IDOCs related to vendor invoices for a particular purchase organization.

Handled high priority tickets in FI. Prepared functional specification to technical team for new enhancements and bug fixings. Worked on Document splitting under New GL concept for Entire business. Implemented E-Payment for enabling the payments to Vendors from the Banker i.e. HDFC Bank for various forms of payments (NEFT, RTGS, DD, Cheque) at multiple locations to reduce the manual effort and saved 3 Man hours on a daily basis. Worked on Document splitting under New GL concept for Entire business.

Prepared Functional Specification for the enhancement activities of Vendor Cheque Payments. Supported client on activities related to accounts payable. Delivered End User and Key User Training. Master data and Transaction Data Migration into QA. Defined Currency Exchange Rates of Direct/Indirect quotation for Translation. Defined House Banks, Cheque Lots and Void Reason Codes to facilitate proper cheque payment for either manually or Automatic Payment Program.
