 Financial responsibility for the businesses ($330m USD revenue), including the operational side ($150m USD VOP)  Support strategic growth, examples : large Capital investment decisions and submissions; Pricing strategies and tenders  Presentation of management results and KPI’s to Senior Management  Responsible for Budget and Forecast processes (Commercial & Operations)  Migration of NZ activities to Australia  Integration of a new integrated system (JDE) and BI tool (Cognos)

 Responsible for all aspects of ANZ’s Budget and Forecast processes (Commercial and Functional), examples of which are: o Coordination of processes with all businesses and functions o Overall responsibility for PL ($450m USD revenue)  Manage, coach and develop a team of three analysts  Responsible for monthly presentation of management results to Senior Leadership team.  Responsible for reporting of results to the Region and act as main point of contact for Regional Headquarters

 Total Financial responsibility for the European Manufacturing Budget and Forecast ($550m USD VOP).  Responsible for all aspects of the Manufacturing’s planning process, including Supply Chain aspects (materials, freight, W&D) and Quality aspects.  Manage, coach and develop a team of two analysts.  Core member of the Budget Process Improvement project designed to simplify the Budget process.  Project leader for various projects, an example of which is: o Integration of the new BI tool (COGNOS)

 Responsible for the control of P&L and BS of BHSA.  Manage all aspects of the Cash-Flow, from analysis to Budgeting and Reporting.  Responsible for monthly reporting of results to Senior Management and Corporate.  Six Sigma Green Belt: Contracts controlling project with financial savings over 300kUSD.  Implemented the Balance Sheet Review process.  Provided support to Accounting team on Policies and Procedures.  Participate in Audit reviews.
