Overview: - Olympus Europe started using PLM & implemented contact-software.com’s CIM-Database. They customized it fully for their use & named as ProLIMA & using worldwide globally. Also it is integrated with Siemens-NX for Engineering & Design. Tasks: - I am responsible for PLM support & implementation of ProLIMA along with NX integration. Supporting day to day user issues, installation, training with the users.

I am responsible for Leading Data Migration activities comprising Data extraction from Legacy systems/SAP/KICKS Engineering Teams/,Data cleaning, Data profiling with Konecranes Data Model,using diff. tools and utilities. Migrate Data to Teamcenter using diff utilities. Creating EBOMs, MBOMs after migration of the Items. Validation of the migrated data with different business units. Coordination and travelling to customer acquired business locations in Germany for Data migration activities.

PLM – Teamcenter consultaant - Legacy Data Migration to Teamcenter with CAD Software’s NX, CATIA, AutoCAD. Functional Production support with Change Management. CAD/CAD Manager/Client/server installations & integration with Team center. Installation, Upgrade, Patching. Customer requirements mapping in Teamcenter. End to End Team center testing with CAD Managers like UG, CATIA, AutoCAD Manager.

Tasks: -Migration of CAD data,BOMs from all CE applications thru third party interfaces to Teamcenter.Testing of CAD data in Teamcenter, TCIC, &CATIA.Preparation& execution of test cases for data migration using HP- QC.Co-ordination with onsite team & customer for test cases, Defects management in HP-QC, testing defects, Data Migration of NX, CATIA, and Legacy data.Testing in HP-QC, Dispatcher testing. Co-ordination with the Data migration development team for issue & fixes.

Overview: -Applied materials have off shored all its CAD/PLM services to TCS comprising Installation/Configuration/patch Upgrades of Teamcenter Unified 8.3.2 Troubleshooting & support on daily basis. Working on SLAs, co-ordinations with SMEs for achievement of deliverables. Tasks: - CAD/PLM support with NX,CATIA, AutoCAD, with its CAD Managers & Teamcenter. Coordination with the team for scheduling of tasks, tickets, test cases,

Installations of Teamcenter Unified 2009’s every new build as per the guidelines of build centers. Installation of Test & development environments for development & PV teams for their validation of test cases/IRs/PRs. Installation of corporate servers, 2-tier, and 4-tier web tier, Multisite, Site consolidation, sandbox, Lab Manager with heterogeneous OS like windows 2003 server, 2008 R2, Linux, Unix, Solaris.Troubleshooting& resolving the issues with the PV, Development & testing team on daily basis.

CAD/PLM support for all Delphi users all over the globe on daily basis, installation, Administration, Problem management, risk management, incident management.Leading and managing - License management, User management, maintenance, network deployments, SMS installations. Planning/Estimation of the licenses as per different global site requirements. Co-ordination with the global sites SME's & with client for the engineering software implementation.
