My role as a UX Design Tutor includes: Identifying individual student needs and strategizing on how to close specific skill gaps by suggesting supplementary learning materials for areas where students may be struggling. Evaluating student work and giving actionable suggestions to improve the quality of student submissions and portfolio projects.

Led a distributed cross-functional agile team of 5 (developers, designer and QA), achieving go-to-market in 3 months, while hitting QA targets. Gathered stakeholder requirements and insights from competitive reviews to create product roadmap and backlog. Created wireframes, UX flows and prototypes for usability tests, improving time on task and perceived ease of use scores. Used analytics tools to evaluate product performance and user experience.

I managed the largest on-boarding training for Kindle Customer Service (CS) new hires. The training is used in in five languages (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES) world-wide. Combining my academic and technical knowledge, I analysed CS performance gaps, develop matching intervention strategies utilising gamification, problem-based training, microlearning and e-learning solutions leading to measurable improvements in learners’ performance.

Owned full-scale instructional design (ADDIE) and the facilitation of the onboarding program for In-Game Support Associates (Game Masters). Developed the assessment system for the onboarding training. Designed classroom and e-learning modules for communication, technical and presentation skills. Observed and coached trainers and SMEs tasked with the training delivery, leading to promotions of many coachees.

Developed and managed the on-boarding training program for employees of all levels. Facilitated instructor-led training as well as team-building events for all departments and levels. Planned and coordinated internal and external trainings, managed the training budget. Communicated the training plans and results to the executive management.

CV screening and communication with the applicants. Ongoing support to employees and management in HR questions. Maintenance of the employee HR database, personnel documentation and files. Document production optimisation/automation using MS Access. Statistical reports.

UX Design, Frontend Development for Designers. 500 hours of training with the focus on data-driven UX methodology spanning from user research and user journeys to information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and conversion rate optimization.

The course of study included such subjects as the use of the modern technologies in the teaching/learning process, evaluation and implementation of innovations in educational context, modern assessment systems and educational research.

Full-time 5 year study program included English language, teaching English as a foreign language, pedagogy and methodology, linguistics, literary science as well as teaching practice.
