Leading a team of web designers/specialists. Being the direct customer focal point for the US and internal delivery centres. In charge of translation, redesign and deployment activities as well as successfully training team members new software skills and design concepts.

Tasked by the IBM GPS GM to create worldwide internal sales tool to showcase selected key IBM delivery centres around the world (Scotland, Hungary, Bulgaria, India, China, Philippines). Instrumental in conceptualising, designing and deploying a comprehensive interactive website for the entire IBM sales force.

Started as a call taking agent in the team consisting of approximately 10 agents, servicing Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Quickly progressing to the PartnerWorld team, providing support to IBM business partners in the UK and mainland Europe.

Starting as an intern at the customer service desk but shortly later taken onboard as full team member I was quickly trained in giving introductory tours to new members of the library. Helping clients in all aspects of using a modern library infrastructure: Web-catalog, RFID lending and returning, ordering various media through the Swiss interlibrary system.

Hired as temp for reorganising its three core departments: marketing, printing and administration. Within short time I was able to gain essential oversight and implement core changes to the way the publishing house was run and interacted with clients and purveyors resulting in vast time savings for all the concerned parties. Defining and implementing a core catalog and also organising the first ever presence at the Frankfurt Book Fair are two key milestones.
