To lead non-dilutive funding activities; to initiate public-private partnerships; and to represent company interests in consortia, industry organisations and governmental ministries.

Main responsibilities/skills: • Delivery of strategic, scientific, and financial aspects of clinical development plans • Clinical and medical input to pain and inflammatory/ autoimmune indications and projects • Accountability to deliver all aspects of the clinical development plan, i.e. all clinical trials on time and on budget and according to the principles of good clinical practice and applicable regulations

Main responsibilities/skills: • Creation of disease target product profiles for diverse indications in pain, and inflammation • Clinical contribution to due diligences • Trial methodology: assessment of tools and methods to reduce placebo effect in clinical trials and to increase the assay sensitivity.

Main responsibilities/skills: • Early clinical development, design and oversight of proof-of-concept trials (PoC) • Delivery of essential documents such as trial protocols, informed consent forms and clinical trial reports
