Taught at the Global Business Informatics (GBI) BSc. and Digital Innovation & Management (DIM) MSc. programs the following courses: (1) Business Process Modelling & Automation, (2) IT-enabled Process Improvement and (3) Process Innovation. Moreover, provided mentoring in business process automation, modelling, improvement and digital transformation. Furthermore, applied the case method to promote learning by doing and at the exam assessed students by a summative evaluation to ensure the learning outcomes.

Working under contract for Experian, led and managed EmPower Program at Chile's GBS to drive Productivity within Business Units such as Global Sales and Finance (GFS/FP&A), Data Analytics (Science/Solutions/QA), Product Development (CIS/BIS), Data Management (OPS/DIS/CON/ACC), Batch Fulfilment Services (BA/PA/QA) and Contact Center (MCE/QA) for Global, US and "Spanish Latam" markets by deploying FY20 strategy which encompassed Workforce , Automation and Continuous Improvement.
Working under contract for the formerly Emerson Network Power`s Finance Organization, designed EMEA region`s Lean deployment strategy and facilitated Kaizens at EMEA Consolidation and Share Service levels. Also developed the training strategy and a program to reach out all EMEA Finance people through residential and on-line trainings while designed Power BI Tiered Dashboards for daily/weekly performance reviews and a SharePoint KM and Experts Network

Led and managed E2E Agile Business Transformation for MetLife at Chile, Argentina and Uruguay Finance's Organizations and also Healthcare Insurances LOB combining Lean Management (5 Lenses) with Digital Business Transformation (RPA) and Change Management (PROSCI), building Motivational (GROW) and Digital (Huddles) Leadership, measuring (Surveys) and growing Team Engagement (R&R) from the beginning to the never-ending process of achieving Organizational Excellence.
Developed and deployed a Lean Project at Argentina Pharma Division to bring Agility, Adaptability and Alignment to the Supply Chain as well as Lean Lab to the QC/QA areas to increase capacity, right first time and productivity while reducing stock out risk and improving patient`s satisfaction. Also working for SETEC provided services for Biologicals R&D Division leading and managing the Lean Six Sigma Program South (SOLA) and North (NOLA) LATAM sub-regions.

Worked within GMS (Manufacturing and Supply) organization to eliminate value streams bottlenecks, waste and variation; executing projects in order to ensure good practices are in place and in use along the value streams; achieving site cost saving annual target; accomplishing Lean Lab and Visual Factory quantitative and qualitative objectives even though cultural resistances.
Worked within Automotive Coatings organization to provide process and product technical assistance to clients (e.g. Ford, VW, Chrysler, and Renault among others); ensuring process and products sustainable performance; achieving new products and processes are successful deployed; accomplishing customer’s satisfaction and compliance in local regulators and corporate audits.
