I currently serve as Managing Director of Consafe Logistics Poland. I am responsible for superintend the company’s business with a concencrate on driving efficiency, product development and growth.

- Responsible for sales of Warehouse Management Systems on polish market - Managing the Operations department: project delivery and support/maintenance, both on polish and international market

- Managing of IT projects' portfolio and support department, both: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Mobility Applications on polish and international market - Define, design and development processes to ensure an appropriate level of services, including establishing and maintaining SLAs and KPIs - Recruiting, managing and supporting the team - Responsible for chargability and utilization of Operations Department

- Responsible for financial results (Profit and Loss) within the Polish Branch of Business Area Mobility; • Management of operational activities and local project managers' team to deliver software projects (> 0,5mEUR Budget) with the best possible results, both: for polish and european customers - especially in Scandinavian countries; • Construction and development of Software Development Center Department for Business Area Mobility in Consafe Logistics Group

Responsible for successful delivery of Enterprise Mobility Software projects (with estimated budget and scope, on time); • Quality oriented leading and coordinating of work of project team; • Monitoring and reporting of project status to it's owners (present financial status and forecasted, follow up of demand for project resources, risk management); • Planning, scheduling and budgeting of projects on sale's phase.

Management of implementation of software projects based on WEB technologies for e-commerce and financial market by: - analysis and modeling of customers' business processes; - conducting of project documentation: prestudy, schedule, budget etc.; - risk management; - coordination of project team tasks; - change request negotiations; - cooperation with third-party suppliers;
