- Coordination of the international sales network assigned geographical area (Europe) - Apply the defined export policy. - Propose adjustments to the marketing mix (product, pricing, packaging, distribution, promotion, advertising, media) to markets in Europe -Direct contact with major accounts and new product introductions - Propose prospecting foreign markets.

• Coordination of courses calls for a network of 4.500 employees • Identify training needs for aftersales network • Get information and documents from other departments to develop trainings • Monitoring reports about developed courses, analysis of results (KPI´s) • Develop contents, documents and dynamics for trainings. • Design the Project: “Plan Integral de Formación SEAT” (Job descriptions, competence profiles, new training plans: Certifications) • Coordinate the motivacional programme

• Management of training grants from the European Social Funds • Management part of the National Promotion Plan for UGT-TCM transport • Management autonomic plans (organize trainings, create and manage training content and documentation, present reports, manage budget, close the final invoice plan to present the justification and obtain the grants, …) • Other tasks: Teacher´s recruitment, search for classrooms, manage documentation, monitoring of pupils in Virtual Campus…

• Coordinate recruitment processes based in the company needs • Carry out personal interviews for the Sales network, first in the Mediterranean Area and then a National level. • Evaluate sales profiles • Monitoring and performance evaluation by competences of new employees. Reporting directly to Human Resource Manager and Area Managers. • Identify training needs and decisión-making about the careers of sales representatives together with Area Managers, Human Resource Manager and Sales Manager.

• Create and manage training for professionals of dental sector and In-Company (Calendars, create and manage contents and documentation …) • Updating quality system ISO 9001:2000 • Students and teachers management. • Recruitment processes of differents profiles (job descriptions, publishing of offers, filtering of cv´s, personal interviews, etc) • Meetings and decision-making together with Auren consultants about different ways of managing the company.

• Search, contact and selection of different profiles to cover needs of business customers • Passing and correction of group psicotec test son to the candidates (DAT, 16PF, PAPI, IPV ..) • Personal interviews • Realization of personal reports
