Served as a liaison between the National Sales Companies (EMEA, APAC and Americas) and the Supplier with all requirements to secure a successful ordering and technical installation of hardware at the dealerships by analizing and processing orders following the standar operating procedures (SOP's). Additionally, I provided the markets with support to regular deviations and performed root-cause analysis of inefficient procedures to identify improvements along the Order-to-delivery process.

I am tasked with the responsability to conduct the monthly functional control of the regional performance and consolidate the metrics in the Scorecard. Therefore, I prepare reports and analyse the European market results based on the companie's performance objectives. Due to recent changes, I am tasked to update internal manuals of reporting procedures and support the process of the new project of Loyalty concept by analyzing and reporting trends of historical data.

As a Supply Chain Analyst I was tasked with the responsibility for meeting consumer demand of Oil and Gas products, reviewing retroactive purchase orders and estimating future demand and forecast future prices. I coordinated the importation of goods into Peru as it was my responsibility to ensure deliveries on time and required quantity by considering warehouse inventory levels to avoid stock outs or over housing.

Liaison between the billing department and customer finance department to secure payments of delinquent bills. Communicate with foreign company finance departments to ensure documents made it to proper destination. Maintained a record of clients that had repeating delinquent payments. Conducted a risk report of each client based on, Macro (National) risk factors, client liquidity and potential to pay, as well a previous payment behaviors.

As a logistics intern my responsibility was to verify custom forms including bill of lading, letter of credit, and original contract. With that information I was able to successfully identify the unit the cost of goods which led to stronger price negotiations. As well, I was tasked to optimize the internal processes due to delays and over costs.
