Responsible for complying with the requirements of the financial authorities related to bank customer complaints.

Responsible for personnel matters such as layoffs, contract terminations, payments, labor lawsuits, relations with unions. Developed collective contracts. Trained and certified personnel to obtain authorization from the AMIB to operate. Approved important issues for employees, such as medical expenses, life insurance and car leasing Evaluated and selected suppliers achieving significant savings for the company. Decreased the labor contingency.
