- planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices - maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes

- searching and identifying the market, using a variety of techniques to build a candidate pool creating and implementing procedures for working in recruitment area - study of the competition, salaries surveys - redesigning the general candidate profile / all internal forms and their flux - budgets, turnover reports, cut-costs - establish global matrix of competences and competence model

-identifying workforce needs within the company -drafting of employment announcements -processing documentation related to personnel fluctuation -employer Branding & Job fairs -pre-selection and selection of job applications together with managers of involved departments -registering of applications in the internal database -scheduling and sustaining interviews -providing feedback to rejected applicants -compilation of personnel files for new employees

-recruitment, interviewing and selection of candidates to fill up vacancies -facilitating the integration of new employees in the company -drafting of documents related to human resources activity: contracts, additional acts, decisions etc. -processing of documents related to workforce fluctuation -evaluation of the personnel using a questionnaire regarding employee potential and competencies, analysis and interpretation of information acquired -coordination of work health contract
