Responsible areas: 1. derive a people strategy from the business strategy and to implement global programs and initiatives which solve short term problems and secure long term future 2. HR business partner for the top mgmt. of Divison Power&Gas, therefore I'm responsible for sourcing, development, retention for the members of the top mgmt. team. 3. guiding the global Power&Gas HR network

• Strategic HR Partner for CEO/CFO • Global HR responsibility, incl. development and implementation of global integrated HR Strategies, programs and initiatives • Operational HR responsibility for Wind Power Top Management and key function incumbents • Talent identification, strategic management review process, support for strategic staffing initiatives, succession plannig • Executive Sponsor for HR workstreams JV Russia/China and reorganisation Project (NOW)

• 6 direct reports, 85 employees in total • 4 Manager & Employee Service teams organised as an HR call centre, • Payroll responsibility for Region Germany, managed by a team of 29 payroll experts • HR Admin. includes HR Controlling, Headcount controlling, tax and social security, SOX compliance, HRIS, interface to PWC, HR Budget, Time & Attendance, IT harmonisation of Ex-Nokia and Ex-Siemens HR Tools
