Also hire, train, manage and evaluate staff through performance reviews, create and oversee budgets, and make progress reports to senior managing directors and discuss how process change can achieve business objectives. Work with other department heads to determine their process change requirements in SDLC.

 Technically leading group of 5 developers  Writing functional and technical specifications  Designing and architecting system components  Managing product feature set portfolio for future releases  Sharing best patterns and practices with team leads  Preparing deployments plans and rollback scenarios  Deployments to live distributed-load balanced environment  Post production system testing and user support

 Technically leading group of 5 developers  Providing technical consultancy to external business partners  Writing technical specifications  Designing & architecting solution & programming  Implementation & testing, deployment to production servers  Development and source control version management  System technical maintenance and support  Doing technical workshops and presentations  Communicating to Business Analyst and report to Project Manager

 Creating test cases from functional/technical specifications  Bug tracking – software issues management and quality testing  Escalation to developers / managing regression testing  Hands on QA, SIT, UAT testing, preparation of quality reports  Meeting with clients at UAT phase testing  Post production maintenance plus spec of new change requests  Reporting to QA Manager
