As the Research Manager I report to the Managing Director and supervise the work of the other researchers. As a team we identify candidates for posts that are mostly based in Hong Kong and China. We do a large number of searches for clients running buying offices. We find candidates with backgrounds in garments, shoes, furniture, hard lines, fashion accessories, and appliances. We also find candidates in retail and manufacturing along with our colleagues in China.
