After many years in high-intensity industrial R&D and leadership positions, I decided to take a conscious personal timeout to recharge and prepare for the next exciting chapter. I remain passionate about technology, innovation, and interdisciplinary engineering — and I am open to new technically challenging opportunities where experience, curiosity, and systems thinking can create real impact.

• Responsible for the Printed Electronics division (printelectric) • Implementation of development processes and management reviews • Analysis of contracts with regard to technical fulfillment points • Introduction of knowledge management

• Leadership responsibility for up to 10 employees in the fields of physics or electrical and system engineering (some with PhD) • R&D of new sensors and sensor systems for industrial applications • Technology scouting and partnerships with universities and research institutions; Third-party funded projects • Technical support across the entire Hydac Group particularly with regard to feasibility, patents and company valuations • Technology management: Control of budgets

• MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) manufactured using microstructuring processes • Development of system specifications including measuring principle, system architecture, component selection, assembly and connection technology as well as int, and ext. electronic interfaces • Project coordination: design, production, simulation, measurement technology, and prototyping (international project partners) • Validation of proof-of-concept samples • Patentable ideas and series concepts; transfer to series

• Project management & development of new eddy current based sensors (starting from first ideas up to series products) • Defining patentable ideas in collaboration with patent attorneys and evaluating possible patent infringements • Execution and support of application studies as well as presentations at conferences and training for sales and service

• Development of physical basics for new systems • Definition of concepts for new modules or measurement modes, as well as construction of mechanical and optical components • Construction and testing of prototypes as well as application measurements
