"If I know what I am doing, it wouldn't be research." My name is Matthias Conradi, I am an expert in polymer chemistry (PhD chemistry) and managing RD projects. Furthermore, my work deals with the support of joint development projects with customers/suppliers and keeping track of scientific literature and patents. The product certification for construction products with external auditors according CE, UKCA are being supervised by me and the external audits. I am open-minded and interested in exploring new things, either in my free time or at work. Being confronted with new tasks and challenges, I address them in a well-structured, accurate and reliable manner. I like to solve these challenges with my team and in close contact to other experts of your company’s extensive network, e.g. development of new products according to customer needs or the improvement of processes. Due to my international experience, I speak basic Swedish, fluent Dutch, fluent English and native German.
