As a key leader within the Advanced Digital Center of Excellence, I oversee presales, delivery, and management of mobile and Web teams, driving innovation and excellence in digital solutions. My role bridges technical expertise, strategic vision, and effective team leadership to deliver impactful solutions that align with client objectives and business goals.

EasyHour is a SaaS product for smart working and HR/payroll management, featuring time tracking (clocks, timesheet), shared desk and resource booking, chat, business trips and more. In this pet project I am a full-stack developer working on the mobile app (Flutter), Web interface (Flutter), backend (Java / Spring Boot) and infrastructure (DigitalOcean).

I led the development of the Android display and P&CM communication module for vehicle and precision farming operations. My team was responsible for the current product that includes the Android firmware, core display software, CAN framework and P&CM communication module. I defined project standards and architecture, performed code reviews, conducted 1:1 meetings and set KPIs and goals for the team.

I collaborate with technical leaders to establish a vision for mobile engineering, leading and executing all mobile projects as a senior project manager within time and budget constraints. I train and mentor cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while providing high-level support as a Senior Software Developer on Android, iOS, and Flutter frameworks.

I decided it was time to go big or go home and created my company from scratch with enterprising abilities and entrepreneurial mindset. I led the end-to-end development of mobile, Web and back-end software and contributed to both technical and business developments. I coached, tutored and mentored people, defining KPIs, conducting 1:1 meetings and promoting effective communication.

In my first job, I worked in the middleware & infrastructure team. My duties were preparing and maintaining Linux farms and HPC nodes, from networking layer to middleware (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss).
