    Investigations on intrinsic properties of single nanocrystal semiconductor.     Comparative study of thin films’ mechanical properties using Acoustic and mechanical measurements. Experiments were made on low dielectric constant materials (nanopouros materials) synthesized on substrate silicon sample by Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) based on Carbon Doped Oxide (CDOs) techniques. Investigation of UV cure, plasma treatment (Plasma treatment is a technique commonly used to improve the adhesion of thin film), and high dielectric constant barrier for copper diffusion techniques.
