For the Universities I was responsible for recruiting Course Representatives in the areas of Engineering, Business Administration, the Arts and FMCG. The role comprised of organising networking events, conducting interviews and building effective working relationships with clients to facilitate the implementation of an effective representation system. As part of my role I also designed and delivered a conflict management course, which can be adapted to many audiences.

As Mediator my role was split into office and mediation activities. The office activities involved for instance being the first point of contact for clients and convince mediation participants to take part in the process. The latter involved travelling to clients and external venues to chair mediation meetings.

As Project worker I was responsible for recruiting young people between the ages of 16 and 25 into positions across a wide array of sectors. This involved managing the recruitment process from start to finish and holding presentations in front of large groups. Additionally I organised and attended recruitment days at University open days. Furthermore I became part of GMYN’s Board Committee and was therefore involved in making strategic decisions about the company’s future direction.
