Worked with the senior executives at the largest motion picture exhibitor in Canada, serving more than 63.5 million guests annually. Managed a suite of projects (within Finance, Service, and Sales) and was the product manager for an enterprise wide customer relationship management platform.

Worked as part of a newly formed team to promote operational excellence throughout the enterprise. B2B Trust serves a network of 15,000 financial professionals across key business verticals. As part of the team, my knowledge of industry tools, processes and methodologies were leveraged within the call centre and deposits business units to reduce processing times, while improving customer satisfaction.

Was promoted from analyst to project manager of a team formulated to manage third-party HR websites managed on behalf of Hewitt’s clients. Championed innovative solutions to reduce cycle times to make changes to websites, including site upgrades.

Assisted the Technology manager to manage the organizations’ computing infrastructure and consumer facing web sites.
