Key Account Team UMTS | Responsibility: Service Account Manager, responsible for Profit & Loss of all delivered services, sales for all services, customer satisfaction, push performance of service delivery organisation if needed. Netsales for services doubled 2003.

Division Global Services for Network Operators | Responsibility: Division Mgr., staff and cost responsible for delivering of customer services (project management, installation, operation & maintenance and network support) to private and public operators for voice and data communication. Direct report towards CEO, up to 70 employees, staff and cost responsible. Profit & Loss responsible for Customer Services Austria

Division Regional Competence Centre Central and Eastern Europe | Responsibility: Department Mgr., staff and cost responsible for the functions market introduction of new products, tender work and project management to both, support local companies as well as to deal directly with key customers in this region.

Division Corporate Networks | Account Responsible for key accounts in the area of large PBX and Corporate Voice and Data Networks, including tender work, solution presentation and project management. Later on additionally build up and management of the department for technical sales support and project management.
