Between June, 2005 and December, 2013 I worked personally for a total of 1.956 man-days on the „SIDOC(1) project programme at the “Centre for Information Technologies of the State“ (CTIE) (1) Integrated enterprise content management platform for all 80 to 120 governmental bodies of the State of Luxembourg with an estimated 8.000 users. SIDOC is based on EMC2 Documentum D2 and Captiva eInput.

Member of the board: strategy of the group with its 3 companies totalizing 50 employees in Luxembourg and Romania, acquisition and investment policies, definition of the CEO’s mission, business development, business networking. Advisory when the company was founded: author of the statutes of the company, relations between shareholders, selection of partners and contractors.

Consultant to the State of Luxembourg in ECM Projects for a total of 720 man-days: Support to the project manager: planning, organisation, project logbook and reporting; Supervision of the analyses and system design work made by PwC: 12 consultants, 18 system modules;

Project manager of: • CONSLEG: consolidation of the European law texts for the Office for official publications, 15 million Euro budget and 120 consolidation operators, analyses and design of the production system, organisation and coordination of the developments: 2.000 man-days by 4 subcontractors in the Lebanon, Slovakia, Belgium and France • GTI: ECM System for the European court of justice, 700.000 Euro budget, 2 subcontractors in France

Interim production manager for the official journal production (with a staff of 120) during relocation of the production into a new building (while running) and shut-down of the Siemens BS-2000 mainframe. Director of the CD-ROM L&C production: a team of three operators and a subcontractor with 3 developers. Director of the prototyping for the consolidation of the European law: a team of 15 operators. Member of various bid-teams.

End-of-study project: Analyses, Concept, design and prototyping of the CitizeNet Rosport - a first community network in Luxembourg. The outcomes allowed the Henri Tudor Research Centre (CRP-HT) to sucessfully submit the projet to the european communities for public funding.
