Monitoring of the index required by ANATEL (National Agency for Telecommunications) to guarantee the deadline for completion of the Service Order.

Control of contracts for rents Sites (stations of cellular signal transmission). Shopping for all areas of the company, monitoring of the savings obtained in purchases. Control of deliveries for all sales points of RS (Rio Grande do Sul), deliveries performance reports, planning for the purchase of Handsets and control of the Quality of Stocks of TIM RS.
