Partner with People Systems teams and local HR teams to ensure that systems and processes meet needs of the 20 European countries as well as ensure appropriate end user support. Define ways of working & best practices across the region and streamline global processes where possible. Lead global projects, translate business needs into technical requirements, provide HR System trainings, capture meaningful KPI’s to identify trends and opportunities for upcoming automation projects.

Lead of HR Administrators across European HR teams in terms of HR Systems Workday & ServiceNow. Responsibility for trainings, optimizations, testing, problem escalations. Digitalization of processes in German HR Team such as contract creation via Workday automation, revamping HR content on intranet platform Threads and reducing paperwork in line with legal frame. Recruiting of corporate interns as well as leading HR interns during their internship.

First point of contact for HR inquiries for ≈ 700 employees (retail & corporate) in Germany and Austria. Taking care of all administrative processes during their employee lifecycle. Using ServiceNow for HR Case Management and Workday for all business processes from hire to retire. Projects: Integration of German Payroll System with Workday and T&A System Kronos, Implementation of a global Covid-19 Reporting in ServiceNow.

Beside earning basic HR knowledge, focus areas have been healthcare management, internal communication and coordination of international assignments.

Conception of prevention program „wachSam - gegen sexualisierte Gewalt in der Jugendverbandsarbeit“ to make kids aware of sexualized violence and how they can protect themselves. Realisation during multiple events in different cities in lower-saxony.

Working as a student assistant in the evaluation project which was measuring the success factors of an inclusive museum exhibition. Guiding test persons with disabilities through the testing process as well as collecting and analyzing test data.
