• Managing and coordinating Controlling and IT department with other relevant departments within Polimark Group • Planning and development of periodic reports • KPI monitoring • Price and costs calculation / Cost analysis by cost centers and expenses • Credit control policy, Account receivables supervising • Managing IT department, designing controls framework over ERP system and organizing, and supervising IT infrastructure procurements • Communication with key IT and telecommunication suppliers

Performing audit of extensive number of international companies such as US Steel Serbia, L'Oreal, Ball Packaging Europe, Bayer..., as well as companies of high regional importance. In addition, involved in audits of financial institutions with business in Serbia (Delta Generali Insurance, EFG Eurobank, NLB Group, Marfy Bank, Basler Insurance, Hypo Alpe Adria Group, Meridian Bank and Special purpose Audit and Diagnostic service of Prva Banka a.d. Montenegro. Engaged in several Due Diligence projects.
