Topic: Development of a methodology to reduce changeover time with data-based analysis of assembly line downtimes for lean flexibility in serial production Goal : Reduction of the changeover time from 1 hour to 30 minutes. . Success: Reduction of changeover time achieved up to 42 min. after implementation of the methodology

• Process optimization and implementation with creation, visualization and optimization of value streams (VSD & VSM) • Statistical Process Control(SPC) using MINITAB • Solution of cases for special processing of rework and separately held drive components • Experiment planning, execution and evaluation, reflection on established KPIs such as quality, OEE, FPY with MINITAB

To get more experience in the Production field, specifically in Gear Transmission technology, I joined WZL and working in Gear department as a student assistant. I am responsible for the validation of gear pairs for different deviations by comparing simulation results in STIRAK and ZaKO3D with actual Test Rig results. The main goal is to understand the effect of different profile deviations and modifications of teeth on gear acoustics.

To strengthen my German speaking skill and to integrate with German culture, I started working as HIWI at RWTH International Office as a part of administration work. I was responsible to book the rooms for events of different associations in RWTH'S Student Building Humboldt-Haus as well as managing the events for cultural integration. Further, I was also coordinating the sponsorship program for master thesis students held by DAAD, Germany.

• Generate the monthly master production plan according to customer orders and direct the resources in the current state of production • Continuous reduction of waiting time for part processing and establish the standardized material flow • Support of the production team in the integration of specifications for customized packaging machines according to the current production capacity and capability
