Primary function involved act as secretariat of the Cargo Tariff Conference comprising of 94 of the world’s major airlines. Lead Cargo Steering group of 18 carriers elected for term of two years. Other functions included development of new product both in Cargo and Revenue Management.

Head Cargo Claims department of Emirates SkyCargo. Managed over US $100,000 budget, worked with manager around the network to ensure our customer were happy with after sale service. Involved in training and prepared first manual of claims automation system.

Responsible for maximizing revenue on assigned flights through improvements in forecasting and optimization methodologies, identification of new revenue opportunities, competitive analysis using pre and post departure statistics.

Responsible for Cargo pricing, worked with regional directors to identify their market needs for pricing and adjust cargo rates to ensure high yield on each sector.
