 Taking charge of resolving client’s queries or discrepancy regarding individual or more lines present in Navis/Plant 3D Model.  Typical 2D output: GAs, details, pipe supports, isometrics,  Typical 3D output: 3D piping, 3D Piping Support modelling, Reviewing in Navisworks, clash detection, modelling from point cloud data/3D point cloud, pipework general arrangements and isometrics handling and coordination.

 Modeling of sloped piping, instruments, valves and fittings in SP3D.  Modeling of various different supports from catalogue as well as manually modeling supports as per client’s requirement.  Extraction of PCF Files and ISO drawings using WBS method or otherwise.  Reviewing model in SmartPlant Review and checking for clashes.  Preparing final ISO Drawings as per client’s requirement using AutoCAD  Preparing BOQ, Weld Details in ISO, EBOM, Spool List etc.

- Read and interpret project documents like PID's, PFD, isometric, GAD etc. - Modeling of pipelines referring to Point Cloud Data/ LFM and replicating it into software workspace. - Installing of PSVs, TW, MTI, LG, PG, PT etc accordingly. - Modeling of several pipe supports such as guides, slides, anchor, stanchion etc. - Clearing out entire unit’s IFC & TDL and resolving Piping Clashes. - Prioritize activities and effectively manage conflicting deadlines ensuring continued progress to meet the schedule.

Responsibilities: - proficient in using SP3D modules to build plant 3D model (modules: piping, equipment, pipe routing, draft, isodraft) - development of plot plan and equipment layout, piping routing - piping study of various system(Pump piping, drum piping, heat exchanger, Filter Piping, Ejector, incinerator burner, waste heat boiler & sulfur seal, Pipe rack piping, Flare Piping) - Preparing piping and layout related drawings and documents: (Isometrics - special support. - Piping arrangement dwg.
