Project Manager in reports & Letters subjected to project for World Bank, Indian Railways, Contractors & PMC and QSAC Team.Application of FIDIC laws for project correspondence.

Site Execution of formation works, structure works like piling, deck slab, masonry works, tiling, water-proofing with proper quality and safety. Field inspections of formation, concreting and masonry, checking and stacking of materials like steel, rails, sleepers, and other materials. Lab tests for Soil and concreting materials. Scrutiny of Billing of Sub-Contractors and Consultant involved in project. Preparing BBS and Bills. Construction of Time-Office, Metro-Depot-workshop, Pit-wheel lathe.

Site inspection of construction activities going on in FATIGUE LAB, PSL, VEL & NVH LAB, CAFETERIA BUILDING. Editing &verifying drawing with onsite conditions, if any upgrade in drawings, scrutiny of bills &coordinating with PMC(RITES), Contractors, Associates & Vendors.

1. Construction of Pumping Stations. 2. Laying, Jointing, Pipe-Crossing, Boring and testing of linked pipeline of MS and DI Pipes. 3. Construction of pillars for exposed over hanging pipeline. 4. All required fittings should be fixed before testing. 5. Safeguarding the live communication lines and other underground utilities.
