As a Consultant in the IT division, I conducted Information Technology training and provided technical support for the institute; diagnosing and troubleshooting computer problems, installing hardware and software upgrades and attending to user problems.

My job entailed the following: ensuring smooth running of the office by providing the required materials. Purchasing stationery, cleaning equipment and broadcasting material. Administering staff wages, supervising support staff, billing advertisers, developing adverts for broadcast, organising events and keeping books of accounts.
