• Create new Simpack MBS documentation models and improve existing ones. • Create and expand model and workflow documentation. • Responsible for defining and designing the content and appearance of the Standalone Simpack documentation. • Supporting the team in optimizing the documentation build process

• Support FE-Calculations using ANSYS Mechanical. • Verification of geometries defined in current Linde-standards. • Validation of Excel calculation programs. • Prepare new calculation programs in Excel (VBA)

• Mechanical design of a robotic hand using Solidworks. • Design of finger sensors with ANSYS. • Validation of designs with Matlab. • 3D printing of models for prototyping

• Support customers with troubleshooting and technical inquiries. • Processing of orders and their follow-up. • Creating quotes and orders using the Pro-Alpha system. • Storing of documentation and history records using Enaio System • Reliable implementation of subject-specific customer requests. • Creation of cost calculations sheets.

• Identifying needed spare parts for maintenance and upgrade projects. • Order and validate replacement parts using the IBM Maximo application • Planning of mechanical maintenance activities. • Ensure that all correct procedures, materials, tools and devices are identified and available. • Agreement and coordination with the department heads and/or External service providers. • Preparation of the annual budget plan.

• Detailed checking of design procedures in accordance to International standards. • Design and create 3D models using Autodesk Inventor software. • Create 2D shop-drawings for workshop. • Design CCP tubes, fittings and special parts.
