• Coaching software delivery teams responsible for enhancing, monitoring and supporting ING's Core Bank platforms on adapting the Agile Way of Working within a large-scale Agile transformation program. • Utilised various coaching interventions, tools and techniques to draw out the best in people in teams and yet challenge their thoughts and mindsets to consider different perspectives.

• Formed a Scrum team of 8 motivated members delivering the next generation ecommerce mobile application using technology stack of HTML 5, Java 8, Apache/Tomcat 8 & Oracle. • Effectively facilitated the Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-up, planning, review and retrospectives. • Coached the team to make continuous improvements to its processes and ways of working to drive away dysfunctions and reduce waste.

• Utilised Agile principles with Scrum to deliver a highly valuable web application to manage the OU's tutor student allocation system. • Coached 2 cross-functional Scrum teams delivering software using a range of technologies including Oracle Service Bus (Middleware) and .NET • Encouraged and supported the team's initiatives to improve DevOps in the areas of TDD, pair programming, build automation and CI.

• Coached individuals and teams alike on Scrum principles, relative sizing using story points, Planning Poker and other best practice techniques widely used. • Pioneered the onshore-offshore development model with 2 teams based in Bangalore with MasterCard’s offshore partner, Dell Services, India. • Facilitated daily Scrum stand ups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective for all teams tracking progress using burn down and velocity charts.

• Managed a team of 5 senior programmers in a cross functional team developing a C# based enterprise web application (eHL) on .NET 4. • Successfully headed an Agile transformation moving from the waterfall methodology to adopt Scrum. • Embedded the Agile philosophy consistently over time to enhance team cohesion, communication and overall self-organisation.

• Managed a team of software developers, developing a Delphi / C# based Client Server application Bank Staff Management System (BSMS) used in over 100 NHS trusts in UK. • Defined the product roadmap aligned with the business strategy to meet customer demands ensuring quality product releases. • Integrated BSMS with third party workforce management and rostering applications using Web Services to create a unique solution for NHS trusts and a unique market position for the company.

• Appreciated the impact and importance of the alignment of business and IT strategy. • Thesis on highlighting key recommendations on how to successfully adopt new technologies or software in medium sized companies with a focus on change management.

• Attained a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science degree. • Placed in the top 25% in Rene Descartes Mathematics Contest and awarded a scholarship at the university.
