Responsible for the sourcing of candidates across Northern Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark & Norway), Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain and Israel), Central and Eastern Europe (Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Russia) as well as MESAT (UAE, Saudi Arabia and Turkey). Positions included Partner Account Manager, Enterprise Account Manager, Territory Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer / Pre-Sales, Marketing Manager and Director / AVP level roles.

Finding, engaging and delivering passive candidates across a wide range of sectors, functions and regions, enabling clients to reduce agency usage and increase direct hires. Sectors included Technology, Education, Financial Services and Consulting with requirements across core functions including Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Risk and Operations up to Director level, across Europe, Nordics, Russia, USA, Australia, Asia and the wider Gulf region.

Set up and implemented a new onsite account over 3 locations, supplying 200+ staff per day. Helped win, set up and run 2 additional accounts delivering a further 50 staff per day. Attained Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector Level 3 award.

Oversaw the creation and distribution of highly sensitive files, ensuring that all contents were correct. Data entry and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Management of a large temporary workforce including all HR, Health and Safety issues and compliance. Ensured all legal and contractual obligations to the company and client were met. Managed a team of 5 in a highly paced office environment, working to tight and demanding deadlines, attracting, interviewing and placing candidates, responsible for placing 150+ candidates daily.

Responsibilities included; Maximising turnover through supervision of information, Human Resources, purchasing, sales, stock control and customer service within the most profitable store in a chain of 16 shops, achieving above average growth in a very competitive market.
