Heading the retail business unit Turaag and established Turaag Active as a leading premium athleisure retail brand. Led the planning, brand awareness campaigns and omnichannel marketing initiatives for launching Turaag Active, which generated sales of around half a million units within six months of launch. Dealing with high-level strategic decisions to direct the company's overall long term growth. Providing expert financial guidance, to develop financial reporting mechanism to meet operating needs.

Led the conception of a new SBU (RCL) and drove the business as Head of Operations to generate yearly revenue of USD 14 million. Headed various upcoming manufacturing projects of Rangs Group and also acted as the Head of Business development of TRUCKLOAD, a tech based logistics startup under the RANGS umbrella.  Communicated & negotiated with foreign principals. Oversaw all operations and business activities in order to ensure desired outcomes and results.
