Primary point of coordination, providing global service delivery to Procter and Gamble, their assignees, IBM (Relocating Company) and overseeing SIRVA’s Global Suppliers.

Recruiting Team Coordinator in charge of overseeing the operations and transition of Recruiting Services into Costa Rica Service Center.

In charge of designing and developing of documentation and also managing/coordinating the entire international relocation process into and within the Americas Region, for the different type of transfers (Local to Local, Local to Expat, Expat to Expat, Return Home and EBT), using the service delivery model agreed with Procter & Gamble.

Since I stopped into this challenging role during the transition time for P&G, I handled the dramatic increase in equipment orders and returns. Often, my contacts were given less than 5 days notice and 100% of the time I surpassed the 5 business day Standard Level Agreement for integration orders & return materials. By doing so, I increased capacity for team members and Work Place Services.
