Coordination of market entry project with final decision for greenfield facility in Russia, commissioned in Sep’15. Main activities: consultant selection and establishment of first contacts in Russia; analysis of investor regulations; visiting and eval. of pot. locations; dev. of site evaluation system; valuation of a JV option; particip. in selection discussions with fin. institutions, gov. authorities and admins. of ind. parks and SEZs; labor market analysis; business plan dev.; executive presentations.

Participation in the establishment of European HR Mgmt. organisation in the PMI phase with a specific focus on Talent & Org. Development. Development and implementation of central HR and Organisational Development processes globally and for Business Unit Europe: Talent Cycle, 360° Feedback, Succession Planning, Job Descriptions, Coaching, Nemak Leadership Dev. Program, Nemak Supply Chain Academy, Nemak Employee Survey, Performance Management, HR Policies, HR IT Systems.
